- Erica Daubs Added 2018-03-22★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The manager was the only individual I dealt with here who was professional. The other staff need to work on their customer service skills. They seemed to be inconvenienced when I asked them questions about my rental. One got defensive when I mentioned that I had just been asked the same questions on the phone 2 minutes prior when dealing with Discount staff in Burlington. Then practically hung up on me. Why these millennials are working in customer service if they don't like helping customers makes no sense.
