  (Here I change my previous Review) Very nice and unique modern style furniture there However, I had a very unpleasant experience with the salesman and the manager, putting my order on hold by mistake and do not apologizing for it. Still, I will purchase from them in the future, but MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAR ABOUT ORDER AND DELIVERY TIME when you put an order! Confusion may happen there!

  Love the store. Family and I have been going for a couple of years now. I think the furniture is nice, modern and affordable. All the items I have purchased (about 10 things) have all been so easy to assemble. Store is clean and set up well. Haven't had a problem at all with any of the items purchased. Nothing has ever been missing or damaged
  
  Negatives:
  The waiting time sometimes is so long to get certain items back in stock but I think the wait is worth it
  The customer service SUCKS. There is only one guy that I specifically ask for when I go there as he is the only one that is willing to help with a smile on and is so polite. I cannot remember his name at the moment but he is the youngest sales rep there. All the other ones lately are very rude and just don't seem to want to help. And when u do ask them for help they tend to brush you off so quickly. It just makes your shopping experience so mush less pleasurable. Remember people are actually excited to get this new furniture for their home and you tend to ruin it for them

  My initial order was place on June 6 and picked up in store on June 13. When I brought the console table home the top was shattered and I immediately contacted my London store manager who assured me a new table would be sent the following week. When I followed up on June 20 they said unfortunately the table did not arrive and will order another. I placed an order for this table for a special event I was hosting on June 23 and was beyond disappointed that despite giving the 2.5 weeks to get my product in they were still not able to meet this very liberal time frame.
  
  Today I received a notice that my table had finally arrived. When I spoke to the manager at the London location she informed me that both tables that had ordered to satisfy my initial order came broken and offered me a 10% discount for my troubles after asking what they could do. A $26 refund does not make up for a 3 week delay and multiple frustrations on my end. The manager further justified the issue by saying the tables are shipped on a boat from China and it's not their problem.
  
  The furniture is cheap and the service is even worse. Steer clear!

  A lot of review commented that the customer service is bad. and the reply is exist, it means someone read all the reply but, i dont know why i feel really bad in the store today. i went alone and i saw one man clerk and we saw each other, so i say hi but he ignored me really quickly. and other person also dont want to help me. after i purchased the furniture, i still feel really bad for not good service. so please give lessons to clerk and i expect next time will be better. furniture and price is good.

  I like the furniture but structure is loosing business because of rude staff. Will not recommend this store to give them your earned money. We were at store store and they closed at 4:50. Even the website says they are open till 5:00 pm. Rudeness was on face of employee when customers said its 4:50 inly they can still enter. Sorry but we almost bought dinning and will not go back.
